RUN, WALK AND RUN FOR BRAIN HEALTH
The Brain Injury Alliance of Kentucky’s annual Run, Walk, and Roll event is a highly anticipated community gathering held on the Saturday following the Kentucky Derby, at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park. Participants of all ages and abilities gather at this inspiring event to show their support for individuals living with brain injuries. The event offers two options for participants to choose from: a competitive 5k race and a more inclusive 1-mile walk or roll. Not only does this event encourage physical activity, but it also fosters a sense of unity and raises awareness about the importance of brain injury prevention and support. Participants, spectators, and volunteers come together to celebrate the resilience and determination of those affected by brain injuries, making this event a true testament to the strength of the human spirit.
