The event offers two options for participants to choose from: a competitive 5k race and a more inclusive 1-mile walk or roll. Not only does this event encourage physical activity, but it also fosters a sense of unity and raises awareness about the importance of brain injury prevention and support. Participants, spectators, and volunteers come together to celebrate the resilience and determination of those affected by brain injuries, making this event a true testament to the strength of the human spirit.
